If the Trust unfortunately has to cancel or reschedule an event for which you have applied and paid, you are entitled to a full refund, please contact finance@norfolkchurchestrust.org.uk in the first instance.
In the exceptional circumstance that items purchased from our shop do not arrive or arrive faulty or damaged, please contact the Trust within 28 days to arrange a replacement or refund.
