Heritage Skills & Maintenance Day in pictures

Thank you to everyone who attended our Heritage Skills & Maintenance Day on Saturday 18^th April.

Here we share a few images to give you a flavour of the day from across the seven churches who provided the venues.

Repairs took place at each of the churches enabling visitors to see at first hand just what it takes to maintain our county’s churches. Thank you to architect Ruth Blackman and all the contractors who were not only working on site but answered questions and gave an insight into the various skills involved.

We hope that those of you who ‘got hands-on’ enjoyed the experience.

Thank you too, to those from the various PCCs who gave us a warm welcome and supplied delicious refreshments.

Overall, an extraordinarily successful day, we certainly enjoyed it.
