This 12th of September will be the second year Little Massingham Church will open for Heritage Open Day.
The theme this year is: Village life and work through the ages.
10.00am to 4.00pm
Location: St Andrew’s Church, Church Lane, Little Massingham, Norfolk, PE32 2JT
Parts of the building date back to the 14th century with possible earlier origins. The church will be open to explore, with a chance to learn more about its past and the history of a farming community through the ages.
With the help of parish registers, writings and research we are piecing together our village history. Also on display will be old photographs of Little Massingham loaned to us by the Massingham Historical Society.
