Shirley Carnt *
Shirley was born in Derbyshire, but lives on a farm in North Norfolk. It was from her home base, in this beautiful county, with its unusual skies and ever changing land and seascapes, that Shirley first was inspired to capture colour on canvas.
She is a keen sportswoman and conservationist and her interest in fishing, shooting, and wildlife, which she photographs, takes her to some of the globe’s most picturesque areas. Wherever she goes, her paint brushes and easels go with her, but her works are mainly of her native Norfolk
