Antonia Enthoven *
Antonia trained at Central St Martins and Brighton School of Art where she enjoyed reportage and printmaking.
During thirty years as a freelance illustrator specialising in watercolours, she and her family moved from London to the countryside of Kent. Antonia continued to develop her work, experimenting with painted ceramic, sculpture and mosaic. However her passion remains printmaking, especially etching, which is now central to her work.
Recent themes expressed revolve around family and mid life, exploring feelings of change through images of every day life.
Antonia has exhibited her work at PrintFest7 (awarded the Angela Knowles prize for Intaglio), the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, the Royal Society of British Artists Annual exhibition at the Mall Galleries, the Wales Contemporary / Cymru Gyfoes 2022, at the Waterfront Gallery in Milford Haven, the OXO Tower, Linden Hall
Gallery, Gallery Green & Stone, Artspring Gallery, South East Open Studios, Pure Arts and recently in North Norfolk Studios.
