We have just received the very good news that His Majesty the King is delighted to retain his Patronage of the Norfolk Churches Trust. He was of course our Patron as Prince of Wales but there was no certainty that he would be able to combine this role with his new and heavy responsibilities. We are fortunate indeed that he has felt able to make this decision. With his great love of historic churches and strong attachment to the county of Norfolk he is the perfect Patron. His longstanding support of the Trust and keen interest in its work are much valued. We are honoured by this association and are very much in his debt.
