There will be a treat for G&S lovers in the East Norfolk area when “The Wandering Minstrels” (www.wanderingminstrels.org.uk) stage
“THE WORLD OF GILBERT AND SULLIVAN”
in St. Catherine’s Church, Ludham NR29 5AB on Saturday 6 June 2026 at 7.30pm
It will be the company’s third visit to the church. Artistes taking part in this Gala concert are Helen Winter, Emma Stratton, Charles Mills, Bruce Graham and Tim Hurst-Brown, with Peter Hewitt at the piano. They will sing, act and dance their way through excerpts from “The Pirates of Penzance”, “The Gondoliers”, “Utopia Ltd”, “Trial by Jury”, “The Grand Duke”, “The Mikado”, “Ruddigore”, “Princess Ida” and “HMS Pinafore”.

Refreshments will be available in the interval.
The company will perform in period costume and the excerpts will be staged in traditional style.
