The Lord Lieutenant of Norfolk, The Lady Dannatt MBE has kindly agreed to sign a certificate bearing the name of the individual who has raised the most amount of money for the Bike Ride. The certificate is awarded to a different person each year and in 2022, took place at St Mary’s church Baconsthorpe on the 6th of October where the winner, Harry Steel is Church Warden. There was a brief service after which the Bishop of Lynn, The Rt. Revd. Jane Steen kindly made the presentation to Harry Steel. Harry has written an account of the Triathlon bravely undertaken by the Rector and others from the benefice.
